Modular design
The QCK (QuickConnect) enables fast and reliable pressure testing of hydraulic hose assemblies without the need for tools or threaded tightening. A secure, leak-tight connection is achieved within seconds, significantly reducing setup time and improving efficiency in production environments.
The modular design uses interchangeable inserts, allowing quick changeover between different connection types and configurations without replacing the complete coupling. The system supports a wide range of hydraulic hose couplings, including straight, 45° and 90° configurations. It is compatible with assemblies featuring male threaded ends or swivel nut connections.
Direct connection is available for the most commonly used sizes, while larger dimensions can be covered using dedicated adapters.
