More then 10 …

years at Itensify

Today, we’re putting Freerk in the spotlight, because after more than 10 years at Itensify, we just can’t imagine the place without him! Freerk started as a service technician and has since taken charge of not only three computer screens but also the highways of Europe, thanks to his many adventures in various service vans. Fluent in German and equipped with two right hands, he tackles every challenge with a no-nonsense, get-it-done attitude. Freerk is a man of few words, but when he speaks, we listen.

Thanks for all your hard work and that dry sense of humor, Freerk!

Did you know?

Now you know …

Most people in the industry know FinnPower for their crimping and hose assembly machines, but did you know that FinnPower also offers an impressive range of test benches? One of customers’ favorites is the TB-ADV. This system can test up to 2300 bar and automatically generates pressure test certificates after each test.

The TB-ADV is a fully automated test bench that uses tap water as the testing medium. It features a 15-inch touchscreen control and performs a complete test cycle, including pre-filling and emptying the test object. The TB-ADV sets a new standard in safety, with a stainless steel test room featuring double walls and extremely strong safety glass.

This model also offers a spacious test room with adjustable, rotatable test connections, making it highly versatile. The software generates an instant test certificate after each test, saving time and ensuring reliability.

Tomorrow, we’ll be shipping one of these test benches to the Middle East, ready to deliver solid and reliable performance.

Winter Tips …

maintenance

As the colder months approach, it’s essential to ensure your equipment and systems are ready to perform reliably. Harsh conditions can impact your machinery and data integrity, but with the right preparations, you can maintain optimal performance.

Protect Your Equipment Against Temperature Drops

  • Ensure that hoses, seals, and lubricants in your pressure testing machines are suitable for lower temperatures. Cold environments can cause materials to stiffen or crack, leading to leaks or failures.
  • Check your facility’s insulation to maintain a stable temperature for machines sensitive to cold.

Schedule Preventive Maintenance

  • Inspect your machines for wear and tear that may worsen in colder conditions. Pay attention to hydraulic systems and electrical components.
  • Calibrate your test equipment to ensure accuracy. Changes in temperature can impact measurement precision.

Keep Data Secure

  • Ensure your test software is backed up and that systems are updated. Cold environments might increase the risk of hardware malfunctions.
  • Verify that test results and logs are stored securely, with redundancies in place.

Use Automation to Streamline Processes

Winter can bring unexpected delays in workforce availability. Automating your test systems reduces reliance on manual operations, ensuring uninterrupted performance

Plan for Service Needs

Have a clear plan for timely service and repairs. Our expert team is ready to support you with preventive maintenance, urgent repairs, and calibration services during winter.

Optimize Your Test Environment

  • Monitor humidity levels in your testing area, as winter often brings drier air that could affect sensitive materials or systems. Use humidifiers or dehumidifiers as needed.
  • Keep testing areas clean and free of salt or debris tracked in from icy conditions.

By addressing these winter-specific challenges, you’ll ensure your test equipment remains solid and reliable throughout the season. If you need assistance preparing your machinery or data systems for the colder months, contact our team today—we’re here to help.
