Flush and Pressure Testing
About
In systems where internal cleanliness is critical, components must meet the required cleanliness standards before installation. Often, these same components also need to undergo pressure testing.
The cleaning process involves flushing the components with a liquid until the desired level of cleanliness is achieved. This flushing is carried out under special conditions to ensure that contaminants are reliably removed within a short period of time.
Single Unit, Dual Task
Cleaning and pressure testing are performed within a single setup. This saves time and labor while ensuring high reliability, fast production speeds, and low costs.
The spacious system is divided into two processing chambers, allowing products to be loaded and unloaded in one chamber while the other chamber is actively processing.
